Who I Am and What I Do
I am a Naturopathic Physician in Vancouver, BC with a focus on fertility and female reproductive health. I believe that when we optimize maternal health prior to conception, we impact health for generations to come. Pre-conception care is the epitome of preventative medicine for you & your family.
I work with my patients to establish deep trust and connection, address the underlying cause of presenting symptoms and create treatment plans that achieve their individual goals and needs. I am certified in acupuncture, and intravenous therapy and have my prescription authority. But I always begin with the fundamentals of health; high-quality food (& a higher-quality relationship with it), restful sleep, stress reduction, movement, and mindfulness.
I am passionate about helping couples achieve and maintain healthy pregnancies whether natural or assisted and work collaboratively with your reproductive endocrinologist and ART team to deliver high-quality and efficacious care. I also have a special interest in endometriosis, menstrual cycle irregularities, PMS/PMDD, PCOS, and autoimmune conditions and their impact on fertility and women’s quality of life.
